Training, qualifications and experience

I am a student counsellor, currently completing my Level 6 Diploma in Humanistic Creative Counselling at Dunamis Therapy Hub.

Having worked within both mainstream primary and secondary schools as well as special educational needs settings, I have valuable experience in adapting to diverse learning and emotional needs, which can be transferred to the counselling room.

ABOUT THE WAY I WORK

I offer a gentle and compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts without judgment.

My work is integrative, using the 3 main core approaches of Person Centred, Gestalt and Existential theory to focus on you as a whole person, making sure our sessions fit your own unique rhythm and way of being.

During each session, we will focus on whatever you choose to bring, working together to navigate life's big transitions, meanings, and choices at your own pace, while gently exploring the feelings that are hardest to put into words.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), meaning I fully adhere to their Ethical Framework to ensure our work is safe, confidential, and held to high standards.
